I've also started experiencing this middle pain a few years ago. hi cath. grabe yang ovulation pain. i was under observation a couple of times for appendicitis or hernia until i figured out, it was ovulation pain! what a scourge!<br /><br />i take to alleve's and stay in bed. or if i have to work, i know it is not life-threatening.<br /><br />btw, i will send you the rick warren book about his life, ok? will wait for someone to go home.
